We've created these sympathy candles as a way to create a type of 'memorial' and meaningful way to remember loved ones. A great option to send to friends and family if you're unable to be there in person. This candle is scented in our best selling Kakadu plum scent which is a beautiful rich and fruity scent. My personal favourite.
A sympathy candle can be sent in time for a funeral, burnt on special occasions, missed birthdays or anniversaries to signify their memory still lives on and burns bright.
NOTE: We have express shipping, beautiful artist designed cards with a hand written message that you can add on.

We ship orders within 3-5 business days after purchase. Please use your order confirmation to track shipping. You will receive an email with your tracking details once we have packed your order.
We use a combination of Aramex Couriers, Couriers Please and Australia Post depending on your location.
Aroma Pot Candles Returns Policy
RETURNS:
Aroma Pot Candles return policy expires 30 days from purchase date, unless the order is a preorder and then it expires 30 days from when you receive your delivery. After these dates we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Cost of returning your item to Aroma Pot Candles is at your cost.
DAMAGED GOODS:
If any of our items arrive damaged, we ask that you send an email to carmel@aromapot.com.au quoting your order number plus photographic proof of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged items.
OTHER NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
To complete a return on a gift card we require a receipt to show proof of purchase. Please email this to carmel@aromapot.com.au along with your order number.
REFUNDS:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved we will process a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note there is often a processing time before a refund is authorised by your bank.
SALE ITEMS:
Only regular priced items are valid for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
