BLUE CYPRESS + JASMINE - an Australian inspired blend of blue cypress pine with sandalwood, patchouli and white jasmine with a hint of rose and fir needle

DESERT LIME - a refreshing citrus scent with zesty lime, lemon peel and soft floral undertones of rosewood and jasmine

LEMON MYRTLE - fresh green herbal notes combine with eucalyptus, lemon and sandalwood to create this unique Australian scent

WILD FIG + HONEY - a fruity combination of wild fig combined with paddy melon and a hint of honey with floral notes of jasmine and rose

Aroma Pot Candles Returns Policy

RETURNS:

Aroma Pot Candles return policy expires 30 days from purchase date, unless the order is a preorder and then it expires 30 days from when you receive your delivery. After these dates we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Cost of returning your item to Aroma Pot Candles is at your cost.

DAMAGED GOODS:

If any of our items arrive damaged, we ask that you send an email to carmel@aromapot.com.au quoting your order number plus photographic proof of the damage. You do not need to return the damaged items.

OTHER NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

To complete a return on a gift card we require a receipt to show proof of purchase. Please email this to carmel@aromapot.com.au along with your order number.

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item/s. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved we will process a refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note there is often a processing time before a refund is authorised by your bank.

Only regular priced items are valid for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Aroma Pot Candles was born out of a maternity leave hobby in 2013 and has grown from a side hustle to full time gig for Carmel - creator/chief candle maker/owner of Aroma Pot Candles.
